How does DW Football Academy ensure the safety of participants?

The safety of our participants is our top priority. All our coaches are fully trained, DBS-checked, and certified in first aid. We maintain a low coach-to-child ratio to ensure every participant receives attention and care. 

What happens if my child gets injured during the camp?

Our coaches are trained in first aid and will address any injuries immediately. Parents or guardians will be contacted promptly if further medical attention is needed.

Is there a safeguarding policy in place?

Yes, DW Football Academy has a comprehensive safeguarding policy to ensure the wellbeing of all children. You can request a copy by contacting us directly.

What should my child bring to the camp?

Your child should bring the following items:

  • Comfortable sportswear appropriate for the weather.

  • Football boots and trainers.

  • A water bottle (water fountains are available).

  • A packed lunch and snacks (no nuts).

  • Sunblock and a hat for sunny days or a waterproof jacket for rainy weather.

Are snacks or meals provided?

We do not provide snacks or meals. Please pack enough food and drink for your child to last the duration of the day.

What is your refund policy?

We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 7 days before the camp starts. Cancellations within 7 days will incur a small processing fee. Unfortunately, no refunds are provided once the camp begins.

Who should I contact in case of an emergency during the camp?

During camp hours, you can contact our on-site sports coach directly. Their contact number will be provided during sign in.
